Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Coordinator based in Los Angeles, CA. The Manufacturing Coordinator will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality control standards are met, and manage production schedules to fulfill client requirements. The responsibilities include coordinating with various teams to optimize workflows, analyzing production data to improve efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Qualifications Strong Communication skills for effective coordination across teams and clear documentationProficient Analytical Skills for evaluating production metrics and identifying process improvementsExperience with Manufacturing Operations and a proven ability to oversee production processesKnowledge of Quality Control practices and standards to maintain product reliabilityUnderstanding of Manufacturing principles with a focus on efficiency and complianceAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFamiliarity with manufacturing software and tools is a strong advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field is a plusPrevious experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
