Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pasco, WA, with opportunities for some remote work. The Event Planner will be responsible for coordinating and managing events at Little Acres Farm, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and other special occasions. Day-to-day tasks include planning and organizing event details, collaborating with clients to ensure their needs are met, managing vendors, overseeing budgets, and ensuring smooth event execution. The Event Planner will also contribute to sales efforts by promoting our venue and services to prospective customers. Qualifications Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management to ensure seamless coordination and execution of eventsExperience in Communication and Sales to build relationships with clients and vendors effectivelyProficiency in Budgeting to manage event costs and allocate resources efficientlyOrganizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with event management software and tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferredA passion for customer service and a proactive approach to creating unforgettable experiences
