From physical spaces designed for comfort and recovery to advanced therapy technology and amenities like private rooms and transitional apartments, everything is built to enhance patient success-and your ability to deliver excellent care.ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, delivering treatments, assisting in assessments, and supporting interdisciplinary care planning in accordance with the patient's needs.Essential FunctionsAdminister medications safely, accurately, and based on patient age and clinical condition.Minimize potential for medication errors by following proper medication administration procedures.Assist the RN with initial assessments and patient reassessments per policy.Identify and implement appropriate rehabilitation nursing interventions.Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments under RN supervision.Deliver care based on patient response to treatment and update the interdisciplinary plan accordingly.Assess and reassess pain; use appropriate pain management techniques and educate patients and families.Perform all patient care tasks in a manner that promotes patient safety and reduces medical errors.Develop and implement individualized teaching plans based on patient and family learning needs.Perform other duties as assigned.Additional Information* Demonstrates strong clinical skills and commitment to safe, patient-centered care.* Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment.Why join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
