Friendly's - - Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, increasing profit and enhancing the guest experience; Maintains team members during shifts and provides on-shift coaching; Ensuring proper execution of all Friendly's food handling procedures and recipes in compliance with Daily Operating Procedures; Open and close restaurant, assign and follow up on opening/closing Daily Operating Procedures and housekeeping to ensure cleanliness standards; Ensure safety, security and sanitation policies are consistently executed
