Sr. Solution Manager

Sr. Solution ManagerWe have an exciting position for a Sr. Solution Manager to join our server team. Sr. Solution Manager will be responsible for achieving company objectives by working closely with various teams within the organization. The Sr. Solution Manager will operate from a high level, broad-scale collaborative to create leveraged outcome based successes with vested customers. The Sr. Solution Manager will serve as the field subject matter expert on Supermicro products and how products can positively impact our organizations revenue and customer retention.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):Support enterprise customer growth initiatives, specifically focus on retail and healthcare verticalsDrive solution development and go-to-market readiness for H15 platformsExpand technical engagement with strategic partners including silicon vendors, software providers, and channel partnersImprove customer-facing content creation, competitive positioning, and field enablementAccelerate customer adoption by translating platform capabilities into deployable business solutionsQualifications:Minimum 8+ years of product manager experienceMinimum 3+ years of engineer experienceMinimum 8+ years of enterprise company working experienceBachelor's Degree with relevant experience within computer hardware technology is preferredDemonstrates strong communication skills & able to work with customersAbility to lead extended teams and meet deadlinesUnderstanding of PC Market trends and Supermicro customer needsAbility to travel to meet customersAI/ML related experienceSalary Range $160,000 - $185,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
