(thedaybreak.com)Role OverviewWe're looking for a Senior Principal Designer to own and implement Daybreak's visual identity and brand consistency across all touchpoints — from digital product to marketing, print, and packaging. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone passionate about design systems and creative execution.What You'll DoBrand Systems & Visual IdentityOwn and implement Daybreak's visual identity across all channelsMaintain and operationalize the brand style guide and ensure consistency and quality across digital and physical mediaUI/UX & Digital ProductDesign and iterate on patient-facing web and app interfaces, from flows and wireframes to polished UIMaintain and evolve Daybreak's design system in FigmaCollaborate with Product and Engineering to ship clean, intuitive experiencesDesign landing pages, web components, and conversion-focused page layouts⠀Marketing & Advertising CreativeManage and organize a repository of Daybreak’s brand assets and approved creative mediaDesign static ad creative for paid channels (Meta, Google)Produce email and lifecycle visuals, banners, and campaign assetsPartner with Marketing team on landing pages and A/B testing to improve paid campaign efficiency⠀Print, Packaging & Patient MaterialsDesign and produce packaging, inserts, and physical product collateralOwn print production files from design through print-ready deliveryLead the design and production of conference and industry event materials, including presentation decks, booth environments, signage, branded merchandise, and promotional collateral — ensuring a cohesive, high-impact brand presencePartner with Commercial Sales and Account Management to develop polished, on-brand enablement materials such as one-pagers, brochures, case studies, sell sheets, and client-facing presentation decks that support revenue growth⠀Collaboration & Freelance ManagementPartner closely with Tech, Product, Clinical, and Ops teamsBrief and manage freelancers or external vendors if the need arisesWhat We're Looking ForRequired5+ years of experience in a design role spanning both digital and physical mediaStrong portfolio across design systems, UI/UX, marketing creative, and print/packaging workStrong attention to detail for modern design and willingness to expand on a pre-existing brand guideStrong proficiency in Figma for digital product and UI workStrong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign for print and static creativeComfortable with photo editing and retouchingComfortable operating as a solo designer and owning output end-to-end⠀Nice to HaveFront-end UI sensibility (understanding of HTML/CSS constraints, developer handoff)Experience with A/B testing creative or collaborating with a growth teamExperience in minor motion design (After Effects, etc.)BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance · 401(k)Daybreak is an equal opportunity employer.
