Workforce Suite Analyst (Integration Specialist)Position OverviewOur Client is seeking a ADP Workforce Suite (WFS Time and Attendance) Analyst that has a deep understanding of configuration, reporting, analytics, database schema, and integrations. This individual will support the internal Client and System Integration (SI) team in the WFS Global Implementation Program for all modules. Maintain WFS components to ensure requirements are met, country customizations, optimal performance, compliance, and user satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for ADP WFS across Client and SI teams during the Global WFS Implementation ProgramAct as the primary escalation point for complex WFS technical issuesTroubleshoot and resolve advanced system configuration coordinating with the SI as neededAdvise internal teams on system capabilities, configurations, and module interdependenciesSupport program testing team and activitiesDevelop reports to monitor compliance and workforce metrics Contribute to documentation, best practices, and process improvementsRequired QualificationsWorkforce Suite Time and Attendance Certification3+ years of experience in a lead or technical WFS analyst roleAbility to configure, customize, troubleshoot, and maintain WFS and interface issuesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into system solutionsPreferred QualificationsPrior involvement in Global transformation, implementation, or platform migration project by collaborating with HR, IT, Payroll, and project teams Familiarity with data mapping, file formats, and integration middleware toolsExperience training end-user and administrators on features and best practicesKnowledge of country labor laws, industry standards, and typical internal policies
