The supervisor will manage project teams, resources, and budgets to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage transportation and logistics projects from initiation to closure, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and controllingDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project teams and stakeholdersIdentify and manage project risks, issues, and changesMonitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholdersEnsure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetManage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance evaluationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects align with business goals and objectivesDevelop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure project successAssist with the development of project management methodologies and tools to improve project efficiency and effectiveness Educational Background / Work ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in transportation and logistics project management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleExperience in the transportation and logistics industry is preferred Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of project management methodologies and tools Supervisory Responsibilities (if any)Responsible for managing project teams Preferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) or similar certificationExperience with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) Language SkillsFluent in English (oral and written) Computer LiteracyProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) CompensationExpected base pay range is $72,500 – $109,000 Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
