Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Full-Time | Direct HireZephyrhills, FL$18 – $23/hr (based on experience)Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMNo Nights | No WeekendsMake an Impact in Patient CareWe are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join a growing healthcare team in Zephyrhills, FL. In this role, you will primarily support a Multispecialty team , helping deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients across a variety of medical specialties.This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with a consistent weekday schedule and comprehensive benefits starting on Day One . Spanish fluency is preferred but not required.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care & Clinical SupportGreet and prepare patients for exams and procedures with professionalism and compassionCollect and document vital signs, patient intake, and clinical information in Epic EMRAssist providers during exams, treatments, and proceduresAdminister medications and injections as ordered (if certified)Perform EKGs, urinalysis, phlebotomy, and specimen collectionMaintain clean, organized, and safe exam rooms and clinical equipmentAdministrative & Clinic SupportAssist with scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/check-out as neededFloat between clinic locations across the Zephyrhills area, as assignedEnsure compliance with OSHA, clinical regulations, and organizational policiesCommunicate effectively with patients, providers, and care teamsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentGraduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant programCurrent Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA)Current CPR certificationMinimum 1 year of CMA experienceMultispecialty experience preferredEpic EMR experience requiredAbility to work in one clinic or float between Zephyrhills-area locationsStrong communication, multitasking, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environmentCompensation & Benefits$18 – $23/hr (based on experience)Benefits Starting Day One :Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife & Disability CoveragePaid Time Off (PTO)403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer MatchAccident, Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity PlansTuition Reimbursement & Continuing Education SupportConsistent weekday scheduleNo nights or weekendsWhy Join This Team?This role offers the chance to work with supportive clinical teams and diverse patient populations across Zephyrhills.
