The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the voice and reputation of the institution, with a focus on modern storytelling, digital impact, and social capabilities. This role demands a leader with a collaborative and inspiring approach, capable of uniting the campus around a compelling, future-looking narrative. The Vice Chancellor will work closely with the executive leadership team to advance the teaching and research missions, and must be adept at brand, digital, and social strategy, as well as organizational development and team transformation. Applicants for the Vice Chancellor position at the company should be accomplished, integrated communications leaders with a proven track record in complex, decentralized organizations, preferably within a research-intensive university. The role requires a strategic integrator, a builder and coach, and a trust-first partner who is adept at engaging with campus stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a modern storyteller, technologically fluent, data-informed, and forward-looking, with the ability to modernize tools and systems while championing accessible, inclusive, and culturally competent communications.
