Join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional packaging solutions to our valued clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Outside Sales Representative specializing in Polyethylene Bags & Film. The representative will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships, delivering compelling sales presentations, and driving new business development. Key tasks include managing customer accounts, understanding client requirements, and recommending the most suitable packaging solutions. The role will also involve staying updated on industry trends to foster growth and meet sales targets.Qualifications2 years minimum of industry experienceProven skills in Sales Presentations and New Business Development, with the ability to effectively showcase products and identify opportunities.Experience in Relationship Building and Customer Service, with a focus on understanding and fulfilling customer needs.Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for clear and professional interactions with clients.Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Familiarity with the flexible packaging or manufacturing industries is a significant advantage.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is preferred.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
