Labcorp is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Dublin, OH.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmJob ResponsibilitiesProvide monthly and quarterly quality metric reports for clients and leadership using databases and crystal reportsAssist staff with training in MasterControl, update and maintain all lab general and quality procedures, forms and associated documentsProvide data for quality teams and support all Quality Improvement effortsSchedule and conduct QA audits and inspections of assigned departments/facilities and perform audit reportsEnsure complete and accurate readiness for all inspections and maintain all necessary documentsParticipate in regulatory and accrediting agency inspections when neededPerform first level review of proficiency testing resultsDraft responses to regulatory complaints and inspectionStay current with all regulatory agency and proficiency test requirementsMonitor the progress of implementation and subsequent use of MasterControl document management systemParticipate in monthly Quality meetings and compose minutesServe as a resource on regulatory issues and compliancePerform administrative and clerical duties as neededMinimum QualificationsAssociate’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology2 years or more of clinical laboratory testing experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a Chemical or Biological science, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology1 year or more of data analysis experience1 year or more of quality experience in a clinical laboratory Additional Job StandardsIn lieu of education requirements listed above, non-traditional degrees with applicable science credits that meet CLIA standards may meet education requirementsFamiliarity with an electronic data management system is a plus (i.e. MasterControl)General knowledge of laboratory regulations (CAP/CLIA/ISO) and licensing requirementsUnderstanding of laboratory operations as well as policies and proceduresExperience working in a high volume laboratory environmentBasic understanding of audit related requirements and proceduresWorking knowledge of quality assurance best practices and proceduresExcellent analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentProficient with computers; Familiarity with laboratory information systemsHigh level of attention to detail along with strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to handle the physical requirements of the positionAble to pass a standardized color blindness testFlexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needsAt Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. Apply today!Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
