Service Technician

What You'll Do As a Service Technician, you'll perform maintenance and repairs on ag and construction equipment in both the shop and the field. Responsibilities include:Diagnosing and performing basic to complex repairsDocumenting parts and services performed accuratelyMeeting service efficiency and productivity goalsParticipating in ongoing training and developmentFollowing all safety protocolsPromoting fair, customer-friendly billing practices What We're Looking ForStrong knowledge of diesel, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systemsExperience with diagnostic tools and repair techniquesPositive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindsetValid Driver's License requiredPrior experience as a Diesel Mechanic, Mechanical Technician, or similar roleAutomotive and transportation techs encouraged to apply!
