This role is responsible for managing inventory levels, processing parts requests, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support field operations and service needs.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and perform daily parts and inventory activities including receiving, verifying, tracking, and distributing incoming and outgoing shipments.Respond to parts requests accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain and update inventory records using an automated inventory management system.Track, monitor, and fulfill backorder requests as needed.Process internal requisitions and external purchases through purchase orders.Order parts and maintain appropriate stock levels to support operational and emergency replenishment needs.Maintain records related to purchase orders, warranty credits, and outstanding parts orders.Generate inventory and operational reports as requested by management.Identify inventory or process issues and escalate concerns when necessary.Perform inventory audits and organize storage locations for new and existing parts.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Perform additional related duties as assigned.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum of one (1) year of experience in inventory control, parts coordination, warehouse operations, or a related field.Experience working with inventory database systems.Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional telephone manner.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Basic Microsoft Office and data entry skills required.Basic math skills and strong attention to detail required.Strong organizational and time management skills.
