Program Scheduler II (Contract | Remote – U.S.)Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM ESTLocation: Remote (U.S.); occasional onsite in MDOverviewSeeking a Program Scheduler II to develop and manage integrated master schedules (IMS) supporting complex, contract-driven programs. This role partners with program teams, customers, and subcontractors to ensure schedule integrity, performance tracking, and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed program schedules aligned with contractual requirementsBuild and manage schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 (both required)Define task logic, dependencies, durations, float, and critical pathPerform schedule updates, variance analysis, and forecastingIntegrate subcontractor schedules into the overall IMSTrack milestones, key events, and cross-functional dependenciesProduce weekly performance updates and monthly schedule/cost reportsIdentify root causes and recommend mitigation plansRequired Qualifications4–7 years of program/project scheduling experienceHands-on expertise with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 (must have both)Strong knowledge of Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and Critical Path Method (CPM)Experience supporting contract-driven programs with structured reportingStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with government or DoD programsFamiliarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceBackground in communication, transportation, construction, or software schedulingAbility to operate effectively in high-pressure environmentsAdditional DetailsRemote role with occasional travel (1–4 times per year)Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipApply now to work on high-visibility programs requiring precision scheduling and cross-functional coordination.
