This hands-on role is critical to keeping our manufacturing equipment running at peak performance while building a culture of proactive maintenance and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Perform and oversee hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Swiss-type and milling machines on the shop floor Operate and maintain Tsugami, Okuma, and HAAS CNC equipment — including diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues Partner with the Facilities Manager to address building systems, infrastructure, and shared operational concerns Develop, implement, and continuously improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment history records Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships for timely equipment support Travel to Mississippi facilities as needed to provide on-site maintenance support and oversight Lead and mentor maintenance technicians, fostering a safety-first, team-oriented environment Requirements: 10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on CNC machining environments Demonstrated expertise in Swiss-type machine and milling machine maintenance and repair Direct experience working with Tsugami, Okuma, and/or HAAS equipment Proven track record developing and managing PM and TPM programs Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments Willingness and ability to travel to Mississippi locations as required Preferred Experience with 3D printed machines Preferred Experience working for Tsugami, HAAS, or other CNC manufacturers
