Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs to meet ISO standards. Conduct and coordinate internal audits to ensure ISO compliance and identify areas for improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO standards and regulations and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders. Serve as a primary resource in the utilization of databases used to organize compliance-related documents. Evaluating existing documents against compliance requirements to identify potential gaps. Perform internal drafting of compliance policies and procedures to ensure the risk responses are effectively carried out. Support in the management of internal and external data requests, certification, inquiries, audits, inspections, and other activities as needed. Assist in the development and coordinate delivery of procedures, training, and educational materials to ensure that the organization maintains compliance. Maintain training compliance through document management, certification, and recertification as required. Coordinate audits & questionnaires with external auditors, registrars, certification bodies, and customers. Take action in dealing with noncompliance situations, creating realistic plans to overcome them. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements. Develop and improve compliance programs and policies in compliance with local, state, federal and industry regulations. Conduct and coordinate regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential regulatory and compliance risks. Maintain and update compliance records and systems. Coordination of vendor surveys. Collaborate with department heads to identify specific regulatory and compliance training needs and customize programs accordingly. Evaluate the effectiveness of regulatory and compliance training programs and recommend improvements. Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans and conducting drills. Other duties may be assigned.
