We are seeking an independent, detailed Client Manager who is process management-focused to join our team. You will be a great fit if you are extremely detailed working on small to medium-sized projects for your clients and your team. As a Client Manager, you will be in a fast-paced environment that is hyper-structured around efficiency and providing solutions to our clients.This role requires a candidate with strong attention to detail skills and carries an ability to follow the existing process and structure to meet the needs of our clients.Responsibilities:Anticipate and work with your team to deliver strategic solutions to our clients.Present to prospect results of due diligence and forward strategies alongside the advisorAssist the service team to prepare all documents needed prior to the final renewal presentationMonitor and respond to client requestsDevelop, monitor, and completion of stewardship based on agency revenueCultivate and develop internal continuing education of Assistant CMs and CoordinatorsIdentify and address all coverage concerns of carriers and clientsCommunication with client and client stakeholders for gathering all pertinent information needed for accurate renewal negotiations and pricing, collaborating with Reseco TeamCollaborate with the marketing team for review and finalization on the accuracy for renewal presentation documentsFor this specific role, we would like you to have:Several years of experience in managing insurance clients.Strong problem-solving skills and process driven.Ability to work with clients on a daily basis.Ability to work well in a team environment.CIC or CISR would be a great addition.Compensation package:Compensation for the role is in the range of $50,000 - $80,000/annual.You'll also receiveUnlimited PTOHealthy bonus structureTravel expensesEmployee Benefit Incentive dollarsImmediate eligibility in our 401k
