Experience Specialist
Position SummaryThe Experience Specialist serves as the primary contact for communications between the home buyer and the company throughout the five-phase build process.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesServes as a representative of the company and guarantees each interaction with a home buyer accurately reflects the company's mission, vision, and valuesCoordinates the pre-construction meetings, framing dedications, and the home buyer orientations Provides updates and establishes customer expectations through weekly video communications with each home buyer throughout the build processUnderstands the five-phase build process and utilizes the knowledge to anticipate customer questionsCommunicates with the construction and service managers to ensure home quality exceeds company standardsFosters open communication between the home buyer and the build team to address questions proactivelyResolves customers' concerns quickly and notifies the sales manager of outstanding homebuyer concerns or needsCollaborates with the build and detail teams to ensure every home is prepared for each experience event Assures event calendars are accurate and communicates any adjustments accordingly to the home buyer and agent (if applicable)Completes a home walkthrough prior to every orientation and ensures all checklists and tasks are completed in a timely mannerCreates and assigns action items reflecting tasks to be completed prior to the closing of a homeAttends morning production meetings as a home buyer liaison In collaboration with the market coordinator, organizes home closings with home buyers, realtors, lenders, and title companyCoordinates appraisals and third-party home inspectionsSchedules and submits payment for final cleanings and yard maintenance of each homeQualifications And SkillsProficient in the use of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to learn new software and utilize company HB1 systemExcellent problem-solving and time management skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholdersValid driver’s license and clean driving recordMust be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicleWork Environment And Physical RequirementsWorks in both temperature-controlled and non-temperature-controlled environments, with medium to high noise levelsFrequently required to stand, walk, and sit in a vehicleOccasionally required to climb, lift, pull, and push objects up to 50 pounds
