In this role, you will:  Triage incoming patients by assessing their medical needs and prioritizing treatments based on urgency.  Provide immediate critical care—administer fluids, medications, and other life-saving interventions while closely monitoring patient status.  Collaborate with emergency veterinarians and fellow technicians to devise and execute treatment plans for a variety of acute and complex cases.  Communicate compassionately with pet parents, offering clear updates, reassurance, and empathy during stressful moments.  Maintain a calm, organized workspace and ensure rapid access to the supplies and equipment needed for emergency interventions.  Participate in ongoing training and case discussions, sharpening your skills and staying current with the latest emergency protocols and best practices.  We don’t just get through the workday; we embrace the challenges and triumphs that come with providing emergency care.
