This position is in Bloomington, IL with rare travel to Peoria, ILSummary: Provides comprehensive administrative support and covers multiple complex responsibilities in order to ensure smooth running of Operations daily agenda and handling of priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedules interview for operations recruiting and follows the recruiting cycle of scheduling clinic appointments and initiating onboarding documentsCommunicates with job applicants regarding employment and application statusMaintain applicant flow logMaintain special projects logs -ex: wind farm projectsReceives, sorts and interprets documents and data for entry into system (Good Receipts and Delivery Tickets)Assists with completion of credit applications for new customers and submits to credit department for processingPrepares COD's for deposit and balances COD reportCommunicate with customers invoice questions, provide copies of invoices or tickets, credit applicationsSummarizes employee timecard information and submits accurate and timely data for weekly payrollCreate reports and letters as directedOther duties may be assignedOccasional travel to other office may be requiredHourly position$21.00-$23.00Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
