Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).Certifications ONCCCertifications ACLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Infusion Therapy in last 3 years.EMR EpicSkills Assessment INF skills assessment with 2.7+ score.References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years. 1 Charge RN reference within the last 2 years.Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of this Facility in the past 6 months.Additional Confirmations Experience with accessing, managing, and caring for ports is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with administration and monitoring of chemotherapy is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with body fluid handling post chemotherapy is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with infusion pump management is required.Additional Confirmations Proficiency in isolation precautions and PPE is required.Additional Confirmations Proficiency in radiation safety precautions is required.Additional Confirmations Ability to recognize and communicate abnormal lab values is required.Additional Confirmations Experience with starting and maintaining IVs is required.Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.Travel Contract Must travel at least 60.0 miles to receive a travel stipend.
