Product Solutions SpecialistWe are looking for a Product Solutions Specialist. This role sits at the intersection of Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Customer Engagement, and Enterprise IT Operations. It is ideal for someone who enjoys deeply understanding complex technology and helping shape how it is positioned, adopted, and evolved in the market. This individual will play a key role in bridging product development and customer needs — translating technical capabilities into real-world operational value while influencing product direction across Identity & Access Management (IAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), endpoint management, and enterprise automation.Responsibilities:Develop deep expertise in the platform, architecture, and technical capabilities across IAM, ITAM, endpoint management, and enterprise IT operationsPartner with sales and leadership to support customer conversations, technical discovery sessions, demos, and solution evaluationsHelp translate customer requirements into product feedback, roadmap influence, and go-to-market positioningServe as a trusted technical advisor during evaluations, proof of concepts, and early implementationsCollaborate closely with engineering and product teams to refine positioning, workflows, integrations, and feature prioritiesAssist in developing technical enablement materials, use cases, solution messaging, and IT operations best practicesStay current on market trends within IAM, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), ITAM, software asset management (SAM), hardware asset management (HAM), endpoint management, and enterprise IT operationsSupport conversations around software licensing, asset visibility, access governance, compliance, device lifecycle management, and automation opportunities within enterprise environmentsRequirements:Atlanta-based preferredHybrid presence expected (Perimeter / Dunwoody area office)Direct hire strongly preferred due to market competitivenessRequired Skills:6–8 years of experience in a technical product, solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, ITAM, IAM, or enterprise platform roleStrong understanding of IAM, Identity Governance, ITAM, endpoint/device management, or enterprise IT operationsExperience working with or competing against platforms such as Flexera, Ivanti, ServiceNow, SailPoint, ManageEngine, or similar enterprise IT management toolsFamiliarity with SAM, HAM, software licensing, access governance, compliance, or device lifecycle management is highly preferredAbility to understand technical architecture and communicate effectively with both engineers and business stakeholdersProven ability to operate in early-stage or high-growth product environmentsPreference for candidates who have demonstrated stability (typically 2–3 longer tenures versus frequent moves)Preferred Skills:Exposure to AI-driven platforms or emerging automation technologiesExperience influencing product roadmap or working closely with product leadershipBackground supporting enterprise SaaS implementations or complex technical sales cyclesExperience supporting IT operations, IT governance, or enterprise asset management initiatives
