Dishwasher - Crooked Hammock BrewerySummary of Position: The Dishwasher at Crooked Hammock Brewery is responsible for washing & cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment. This person will execute daily maintenance and deep cleaning of facilities, focused on keeping the dishroom &equipment clean and organized. Must Enjoy the Ride!Duties & Responsibilities:Opening and midday maintenance of facilities including cleaning & stocking all restrooms, sweeping & mopping floors, and maintaining clean outdoor areasComplete opening and closing proceduresLoad, run and unload dish machineSet-up three bay sink with detergent, rinse, and sanitizerStock all necessary cleaning productsKeep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediatelyMonitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycleWash and store all tableware and kitchenware is appropriate locationMaintain all dish and food service equipment storage areasKeep dish washing area clean and organizedMaintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchenBag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designated timesAssist with trash removal from other kitchen and FOH areasAssist with food prep when neededHandle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and lossMaintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies in all areasClean food preparation and production areas as requiredBe available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisorClock in and out at scheduled time. Make Management aware of any deviation from scheduleLive the brand & be a brand ambassador; make decisions in the best interest of the business at all timesQualifications:Must be at least 16 years oldMust be eligible to work in the United StatesMust have reliable transportation to/from workBe able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.Ability to read and comprehend labels on chemicalsCompensation:This position starts at $15/hr and offers awesome perks.
