HR Generalist,SPA Bilingual

Responsibilities:Oversee compliance with all farm labor contractor regulations, including H-2A visa program requirements.Manage and negotiate service agreements with labor contractors and other vendors.Foster positive employee relations, address employee concerns, and investigate and resolve labor disputes.Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and claims processing.Process workers' compensation claims and manage the company's workers' compensation insurance program.Administer leave of absence programs, including FMLA, CFRA, and other leaves.Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws.Provide HR support to the packing and cold storage facilities as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, particularly those related to agriculture.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Spanish is a MUSTValid driver's license and reliable transportation.Great benefits.
