Our team of dedicated legal professionals is committed to advocating for injured clients with diligence, compassion, and a results-driven approach.Position OverviewMAS Law is seeking a motivated Associate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 5–8 years of experience in plaintiffs' personal injury law. This role requires a strong combination of pre-litigation case handling and litigation experience, with responsibility for managing cases from intake through resolution.The ideal candidate is comfortable handling both settlement-driven pre-litigation work and active litigation duties, including depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
