With decades of experience, the organization is known for providing best-in-class equipment, reliable operations, and exceptional service at zero upfront cost to its partners.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Moonachie, NJ. The Sales Executive will identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with venues such as family entertainment centers, hospitality locations, retail spaces, bars and restaurants, and other high-traffic sites. Responsibilities include prospecting and outreach, conducting in-person and virtual sales meetings, presenting Sunstar Vending’s revenue-share game room solutions, and preparing proposals and contracts. The role also involves managing a pipeline in the CRM system, forecasting sales, collaborating with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth launch of new accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to support renewals and expansions. The Sales Executive will regularly visit customer locations, attend industry events or trade shows as needed, and provide feedback to leadership on market trends and competitive activity.QualificationsProven business-to-business sales experience, ideally in vending, entertainment, hospitality, or related services.Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity qualification, with consistent achievement of or exceeding sales targets.Ability to deliver effective in-person and virtual presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals with multiple stakeholders.Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) for pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities, with a customer-centric approach.Comfort working on-site and traveling locally within the New York, NY area to visit client locations on a regular basis.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and deadlines.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and customer support.Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with resilience in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with revenue-share or contract-based service models is a plus.Familiarity with entertainment, amusement machines, or location-based services is beneficial.
