Assistant Director/Teacher

We are seeking an Assistant Teacher to work at our after-school tutoring program. The Assistant Teacher will be working closely with our Lead Educator in a fun and stimulating classroom environment. This is a part-time position that involves preparing learning materials, prepping activities and assisting in the management of student behavior. Responsibilities: Have a Bachelor of Arts Degree or higher. Be an active member of your community. Have a professional attitude and demeanor. Demonstrate sound knowledge of classroom management techniques. Know and provide age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Help children by creating a fun, safe learning environment. Have a strong commitment to the community and its children. Have experience working with children in educational settings.
