In this role, you will: Operate molding and assembly machines, or perform manual assembly tasks with a strong focus on safety and productivityTake ownership of the quality of products produced at your workstationCollaborate with team members across shifts to ensure smooth and efficient transitionsReview and follow workstation instructions to maintain consistency and accuracyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all timesArrive a few minutes before your shift to support seamless handovers What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to a team environment.Minimum Qualifications: Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision Key Skills & Strengths: Familiarity with Kanban systems and labeling processes (or willingness to learn)Ability to identify basic molding defects such as sink marks or flashGood manual dexterity and hand-eye coordinationAbility to distinguish colors accuratelyUnderstanding of (or willingness to learn) quality and environmental procedures related to the roleComfort working with forms, tags, and labels as part of daily tasks Why Join Us?
