If you thrive in a challenging yet rewarding role and are ready to elevate your career, we want to hear from you!What You'll Need to Succeed: Valid RN license in Minnesota (MN is not a compact state); current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist Minimum of 1 year of experience in anesthesia practice BLS and ACLS Tier 2 certifications obtained upon hire Strong clinical skills in anesthesia care; ability to work within a care team model (4:1) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Epic EMR or similar electronic health record systems Prior background in tertiary or Level III hospital environments Familiarity with specialized procedures (note: CRNAs do not perform blocks, A-lines, epidurals, or spinals in this role) Preferred Education & Experience: Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program At least 1 year of current anesthesia practice in a hospital setting Other Requirements: Reside at least 50 miles or more from Abbott Northwestern (MN is not a compact state) Willingness to commit to a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks per month for the first three months, with at least 36 hours per week Ability to attend a 3-day paid orientation starting on the second Monday of each month Credentialing process completion expected within 90-120 days Flexibility for various shift options: 8, 10, or 12 hours; shifts scheduled from early morning to evening Ability to support a 24-hour anesthesia department in a busy tertiary care hospital Enjoy a rewarding role with excellent benefits including: Competitive hourly pay rate of $218.59 Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid orientation and ongoing contract (initially 4 months, with extension possibilities) Overtime pay at 1.5x rate on select holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) Paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable A dedicated support team committed to your success Ready to advance your anesthesia career in a prestigious hospital environment?
