Grounds and Maintenance Associate

Job DescriptionJob FunctionResponsible for maintaining cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of outdoor areas. This role ensures that landscapes, lawns and exterior spaces are safe, attractive and well maintained.Principle Accountabilities Mow, trim, edge lawns and landscaped areas Plant, water, fertilize, and maintain flowers, shrubs, grass, and trees Remove weeds, debris, trash, and fallen leaves from ground Operate and maintain landscaping equipment Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal, salting walkways, and leaf clean up Assist in minor repairs. Maintain cleanliness of parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor common areas Follow safety procedures and proper equipment handlingAdditional Responsibilities Time management and efficiency Teamwork and communication Problem solving and attention to detail Dependency for a strong work ethicQualifications 2-5 years of landscaping/ground experience preferred. Valid Driver’s License High School diploma or GED preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
