Hidden Valley Ranch Ranchbassador
Overview
Hidden Valley Ranch is seeking two creator duos to serve as the first ever Ranchbassadors. The role is paid, full-time, and built around content creation, travel, and cultural storytelling across Europe.
Responsibilities
Travel 7 weeks across multiple European cities (exact itinerary provided on appointment).
Ideate, film, edit, produce copy, and publish 4 short‑form social pieces per week (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Manage the Ranchbassador program social media accounts end‑to‑end.
Capture and publish 1 long‑form YouTube episode per week.
Create reaction‑driven, culturally curious content in spontaneous street‑style storytelling.
Deliver all content fully owned by Clorox Company.
Travel across Europe pairing Hidden Valley Ranch with local dishes.
Approach and engage strangers, invite them to try ranch, capture honest reactions (with prior approval).
Connect with local food markets, street food vendors, and popular restaurants to source authentic cultural dishes.
Ensure all participants complete required content release waivers.
Attend weekly check‑ins with the Hidden Valley Ranch Social Team.
Submit weekly learnings reports covering consumer reactions, cultural insights, content performance signals.
Maintain route tracking and journey logs using provided templates.
Upload raw and edited assets to the Clorox shared asset folder, clearly labeled by location and date.
Follow the travel route and schedule coordinated with travel agent.
Contribute to an end‑of‑program insights report summarizing global sentiment, top‑performing content, and recommendations.
Qualifications
Age 18 or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability approximately June15 to late August2026.
Must apply as a duo (partners: friends, siblings, couples, creative partners).
Portfolio or content samples (minimum 2 pieces); existing social following not required.
Proven experience producing short‑ and long‑form digital content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Ability to turn unscripted moments into engaging content.
Strong storytelling skills.
Efficiency in content production, self‑motivation and time management.
Strong collaboration as part of a two‑person team.
Reliable, responsive communication with stakeholders.
Ability to meet consistent content production deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence engaging the public.
Professional, adaptable, comfortable in unfamiliar environments.
Demonstrated cultural curiosity and openness to new experiences.
Ability to manage unexpected or challenging situations with professionalism.
Compensation & Benefits
$12,000 salary per person. All flights, trains, taxis, ground transportation covered. Hotel accommodations (one room for two people; 3–4 star). Daily food per diem up to $200 per duo (receipts required). Brand will provide wardrobe, luggage, and content equipment. Expense card or reimbursement system for program‑related costs. International health insurance.
