In this role, you’ll activate GitHub and Microsoft’s revenue teams to co-sell GitHub’s products, manage strategic engagement programs, and build cross-company relationships. You’ll design enablement strategies, streamline knowledge resources, and drive clear next steps across stakeholders. Your work will ensure Microsoft sellers have the training, content, and confidence to position GitHub’s vision and solutions in a dynamic market.ResponsibilitiesDesign and lead enablement strategy: Architect pathways that equip Microsoft revenue teams to effectively position and sell GitHub’s product portfolio.Activate co-sell motions: Drive alignment between GitHub and Microsoft by enabling field teams on joint sales plays, product positioning, and customer value stories.Manage strategic engagement programs: Own highly visible initiatives that bring GitHub and Microsoft teams together for impactful execution.Build and scale resources: Curate, organize, and maintain content across multiple knowledge bases (e.g., Seismic, internal hubs) to ensure easy access and consistency.Deliver training and readiness: Create pathways (async, live, and role-specific) that equip Microsoft sellers with the right insights, content, and skills.Foster cross-company relationships: Partner closely with Microsoft stakeholders and GitHub leaders to ensure alignment on priorities, strategy, and execution.Drive actionable outcomes: Translate strategy into clear next steps across multiple audiences, ensuring accountability and impact.Measure and improve impact: Track adoption, usage, and effectiveness of enablement programs to continually refine and scale what works.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:7+ years experience in Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Consulting, Enablement, Change Management, or related fieldOR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Finance or related field AND 5+ years experience in Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Consulting, Enablement, Change Management, or related field OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Finance or related field AND 3+ years experience in Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Consulting, Enablement, Change Management, or related field OR equivalent experience. 2+ years supporting large enterprise sales organizations of 1500+ employees1+ years of partnering with Microsoft ecosystem sales motions, field structure, and/or co-sell processesPreferred Qualifications:Demonstrated success building and scaling enablement programs with measurable business impactStrong storytelling and content development skills, with an ability to simplify complex technical narrativesExperience with enablement tech stacks (Content Management Platforms, CRMs, analytics platforms) and data-driven program designProven ability to influence, inspire, and align cross-functional stakeholders at VP+ levelsHigh-performance mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and a fast-paced environmentCompensation RangeThe base salary range for this job is USD $96,400.00 - USD $255,700.00 /Yr.These pay ranges are intended to cover roles based across the United States. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant. At GitHub certain roles are eligible for benefits and additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These rewards are allocated based on individual impact in role.
