Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant based in Honolulu, HI. The Sales Assistant supports Financial Advisors with providing expert investment and insurance advice, handling inquiries, and maintaining client relationships. Core responsibilities include providing customer service and assisting the Financial Advisor with related duties. Additionally, the role involves accurate record-keeping, staying informed about financial products, and working collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall client experience. QualificationsProven skills in relationship and time management, and delivering excellent customer serviceStrong understanding of investment products, financial services, and regulatory guidelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain financial conceptsAbility to priortize tasks and duties, multitasking, and keep track and follow up with various tasks and service issuesSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentRelevant financial certifications (e.g., Series 7, Series 66, or equivalent) are highly advantageous
