Mobile Software Engineer (React Native, Node.js)

Our client is a well-known mission-driven media and video streaming outlet delivering information globally across all channels. They are currently hiring a React Native Mobile Software Developer in a contract role (possible conversion to permanent). Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years of hands-on experience building mobile applications with React Native, React.js, Node.js, etc. and experience deploying and maintaining Apps in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Any experience with media streaming, video, on-demand or live video platforms are all pluses. BSCS preferred. The Mobile Developer will design, develop and maintain mobile apps using React Native deployed to both Apple App Store and Google Play Store, as well as develop backend services with Node.js. Excellent communication skills are mandatory as the Mobile Developer will interact with various teams and stakeholders on a regular basis. You will be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team with high standards. This role is hybrid or remote flex but requires East Coast hours and contractors must reside in the Continental US.
