Privately backed, growing fast, and actively investing in automation, robotics, and new program launches.What You'll OwnLead process development, optimization, and full validation (IQ / OQ / PQ) for LSR and EPDM medical device components in cleanroom productionDrive automation initiatives — robotics, vision systems, automated assembly — with real budget and leadership backingPartner with tooling and equipment vendors to spec, source, and qualify molds, fixtures, and automation systemsDevelop and own PFMEA, control plans, validation reports, and SOPsTroubleshoot molding defects, contamination, tooling wear, and process variability on the floorSupport NPI from design review through production launchWhat You Bring ✅ Bachelor's in Engineering OR 6+ years of hands-on injection molding experience✅ Direct experience with LSR, EPDM, and rubber molding processes ✅ Process automation experience in a manufacturing environment ✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills ✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)BONUS➕ CAD experience ➕ Lean Six Sigma ➕ 3-axis robotics ➕ Bilingual English / SpanishWhy This Role Stands OutThis isn't a process babysitting job.
