Location: Stafford, VA (Hybrid/On-Site as Required)Company: Anglicotech, LLCPosition Type: Full-TimeClearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearanceCitizenship: U.S. Citizenship RequiredAnglicotech is seeking a highly motivated Cyber Developer to support the United States Marine Corps Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 enterprise logistics and financial management environment. This mission-critical system provides capabilities including asset visibility, supply chain management, maintenance management, readiness reporting, task organization, repair tracking, request management, and financial operations.The Cyber Developer will serve as a member of an Agile development team responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing cybersecurity compliance and risk mitigation measures across the Oracle technology stack. The successful candidate will support the assessment, design, implementation, testing, and validation of cybersecurity controls while ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal cybersecurity requirements.This position requires a strong technical background in Oracle technologies, cybersecurity compliance frameworks, secure system configuration, vulnerability remediation, and Agile software development methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesCybersecurity Compliance & Risk MitigationAnalyze, design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls in accordance with applicable Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Security Requirements Guides (SRGs), and DoD cybersecurity policies.Support implementation and sustainment of cybersecurity compliance across Oracle EBS R12 and associated Oracle technology stack components.Review, apply, and optimize system-level and application-level cybersecurity configurations and controls.Research applicable cybersecurity requirements and recommend solutions to ensure compliance with evolving security standards.Identify, assess, document, and remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities and compliance findings.Technical Development & Engineering SupportSupport all technical activities in accordance with approved Agile development processes and methodologies.Review technical design documentation, vendor documentation, and system architecture artifacts to understand system baselines and cybersecurity requirements.Develop secure technical solutions supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance releases.Implement secure coding practices and conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex security-related configuration and integration issues.Security Assessment & ValidationUtilize security scanning and assessment tools including ACAS/Nessus, SCAP, and SCC to identify vulnerabilities and validate compliance.Develop and execute cybersecurity testing plans based on product owner acceptance criteria.Perform unit testing and support integration, system, and release testing activities.Validate security controls and remediation efforts prior to deployment.Requirements Analysis & Stakeholder EngagementCollaborate with Government Product Owners, Information Assurance personnel, cybersecurity SMEs, and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop solutions.Review Change Requests (CRs) and assist with requirements gathering, impact analysis, and solution development.Lead technical discussions and meetings throughout analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation phases.Prepare design alternatives, technical recommendations, and design specification documentation.Deployment & DocumentationDevelop detailed deployment, migration, rollback, and implementation procedures.Provide technical support during release and deployment activities.Produce high-quality technical documentation, reports, diagrams, and cybersecurity artifacts.Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately, professionally, and within established schedules.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.Equivalent combination of education, military experience, and professional experience may be considered.ExperienceMinimum of three (3) years of cybersecurity experience supporting enterprise applications and systems.Experience implementing and remediating Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and Security Requirements Guides (SRGs).Experience supporting Oracle technology stack environments running on Oracle Linux.Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting.Experience with vulnerability assessment and security scanning tools including:ACAS/NessusSCAPSecurity Content Automation Protocol (SCC)Technical KnowledgeUnderstanding of DoD and Federal cybersecurity requirements including:NIST SP 800-53FISMAFIPS 140Experience hardening applications, operating systems, and middleware to meet DoD security requirements.Knowledge of secure coding principles and code review methodologies.Experience supporting vendor service requests and coordinating with Oracle Support.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to complex security configuration and compliance requirements.CertificationsCurrent CompTIA Security+ Certification (required).Additional RequirementsExcellent written technologies, priorities, and operational environments.U.S. Citizenship required.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting Marine Corps, Navy, or other Department of Defense enterprise applications.Experience working within Agile software development environments.Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x environments.Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c or later.Experience implementing and supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.Familiarity with Oracle Identity Management, authentication services, and access management solutions.Experience supporting cybersecurity efforts associated with Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and RMF accreditation activities.Experience working within logistics, supply chain, maintenance, readiness, or
