Paralegal/Trust Administrator - Family OfficePrivate family office is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Trust Administrator. You will support a range of legal, trust administration, and corporate governance functions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in trust and estate administration, legal document preparation, and the inner workings of a family office environment.Responsibilities:Prepare, draft, and review a variety of legal documents and correspondenceSupport trust and estate administration, including coordination with external legal counsel and service providersAssist in maintaining corporate records and governance documentationProvide general administrative and legal support to attorneys and senior executives within the family officeFacilitate internal and external communications related to legal and trust mattersMaintain and organize confidential files and documentation with a high level of discretionQualifications:Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferredMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, or trust administration roleStrong background in family office operations, trust administration, and/or corporate governanceProven experience in legal document preparation and legal administrative supportExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail, organization, and time managementKnowledge of trust and estate law; international legal exposure is a plus
