Trident Consulting is seeking a " Program Coordinator-(Scheduling & Operations)” for one of our client in " Ventura, CA (Onsite)” A global leader in business and technology services.Please find additional details about the role below:Job Title: Program Coordinator-(Scheduling & Operations)Location: Ventura, CA, 93004 (Onsite)(Travel to Santa Barbara, Thousand Oaks, Valencia as needed)Pay rate: $30/hr-$32/hr on W2 (All inclusive)Type of Hire: ContractDuration : 18+ MonthsSchedule: M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPosition OverviewAnalytical role requiring 0–3 years of experience utilizing database programs and spreadsheet software. Responsible for gathering, documenting, analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. Supports programs, projects, and assignments while demonstrating communication and technical skills.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, document, analyze data, and draw conclusionsPerform a variety of functions supporting programs, projects, and assignmentsAssist (under general direction) with developing specifications for programsRead, write, and test codeProduce reports and work with database structuresSchedule and coordinate Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect workManage scheduling systems and documentationCommunicate with customers and stakeholdersMonitor CPUC timelines for compliancePrioritize backlog and ensure adherence to MPU proceduresRequired Skills & Qualifications0–3 years of experience in an analytical positionExperience with database programs and spreadsheet softwareWorking knowledge of 1 programming languageAbility to read, write, and test codeStrong oral and written communication skillsExperience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functionsAbility to manage deadlines, follow procedures, and maintain accurate recordsProficiency with basic computer and office softwareStrong customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholdersEducationAssociate’s degree in a related field requiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAbout Trident ConsultingTrident Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
