We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Deploy, configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot ServiceNow MID Servers Support CMDB accuracy, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and third-party integrations Serve as a dedicated technical resource for supporting the health, security, and performance of the MID Server infrastructure Work alongside infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity teams to ensure consistent, secure, and automated system visibility Configure and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise tools Develop and maintain operational procedures, architecture diagrams, technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articlesWhat You'll Need DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security) Experience deploying, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting ServiceNow MID Servers across complex enterprise systems Practical technical experience supporting ServiceNow ITOM workflows, Discovery schedules, and CMDB data consistency Comprehensive operational understanding of secure communication baselines, firewall requirements, and certificate management Strong experience troubleshooting credential behaviors, network boundaries, and multi-domain integration pathways Active Secret ClearanceWhat's On Offer Full-time remote position Opportunity to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Collaborative environment working with infrastructure, network, and cybersecurity teamsApply via Haystack today!
