Shift times are general hours; some projects may require earlier or later reporting based on customer requirements.Job DescriptionIDS International is seeking a highly qualified Quality Assurance Lead to oversee secure site operations and ensure compliance with established protocols. This role requires a strong background in physical security and access control, with proven leadership in classified environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to manage and improve quality standards across secure facilities.Key Duties Oversee secure site operations and ensure compliance with established security protocolsMonitor and enforce physical security and access control measures across facilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards for secure environmentsConduct audits and inspections to verify adherence to ICD 705 and SCIF requirementsIdentify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain complianceSupervise and provide guidance to security personnel and site leadsPrepare detailed reports on quality findings, compliance issues, and operational performanceCoordinate with government security representatives and stakeholders to resolve issuesMaintain accurate documentation and records of quality assurance activitiesSupport secure facility operations, including visitor management and video monitoring systemsRequirements 3+ years of experience in physical security, access control, or military/law enforcement2+ years in a supervisory or site lead role within a secure or classified environmentKnowledge of ICD 705, SCIF access procedures, and secure operations protocolsActive TS/SCI with Polygraph clearanceFamiliarity with access control systems, VMS, and visitor access protocolsHigh School diploma or bachelor's degree preferredCompensation Competitive Hourly PayBenefitsQuestions?Please reach out to clambert@idsinternational.com for additional questions or information.Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
