Job Title: Commercial CarpenterLocation: Albany/Saratoga MetroJob Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Commercial Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial construction projects and be proficient in framing, drywall, finishing, and general carpentry tasks. You’ll work alongside a crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.Responsibilities:Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, metal, and other materialsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsMeasure, cut, and assemble materials accuratelyInstall doors, windows, drywall, framing, and trimMaintain tools and ensure job site safetyCollaborate with project managers and other tradesRequirements:5+ years of experience as a carpenter in commercial constructionStrong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materialsAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsReliable transportation and a valid driver’s licenseAbility to lift heavy materials and work in various conditionsStrong attention to detail and safety practicesPreferred Qualifications:OSHA certificationExperience with metal stud framing and commercial interiorsPay & Benefits:Competitive hourly wage based on experienceOvertime opportunitiesHealth benefits 401KPaid time offHow to Apply:Submit your resume and/or work experience to Matt Roberts at Matt@MR2Constructionservices.com
