Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented consultant to support a large-scale contract repository and data validation initiative within a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) environment. This role will focus on reviewing contract records, validating key contract data, performing quality assurance reviews, and supporting repository cleanup efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience working with contract management systems, document repositories, and large volumes of contract-related data. Responsibilities Review and validate contract records within a CLM platform Verify contract metadata and key contract attributes Perform contract data cleanup and quality assurance activities Reconcile contract information across systems and repositories Support contract repository administration and organization Review executed agreements and ensure data accuracy Research and resolve discrepancies in contract records Maintain documentation and support governance/compliance initiatives Work independently through high-volume review and validation activities Required Experience Experience working within a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform Experience with contract repositories, document management, or records management Experience performing data validation, data cleanup, quality assurance, or reconciliation activities Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Comfortable reviewing large volumes of records and data Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do. ® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
