Job Title: SailPoint Developer with Okta Experience Location: Remote in US Overview: We are seeking a talented SailPoint Developer with expertise in Okta to join our team. This remote position will focus on enhancing identity management systems, ensuring seamless integration and security across our client's enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. Integrate SailPoint with Okta for comprehensive identity lifecycle management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Customize and configure SailPoint workflows, rules, and policies to meet specific business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint and Okta implementations. Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in all aspects of identity management. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and other quality assurance activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a SailPoint Developer with strong expertise in IdentityIQ. Hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud, including integration and administration. Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, including SSO, provisioning, and federation. Proficiency in Java/J2EE programming and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python). Experience with relational databases and SQL queries. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Certification in SailPoint IdentityIQ or Okta administration. Experience with other IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Azure AD, Ping Identity). Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
