Requirements:
Minimum 2 years MIG welding experience (GMAW/MIG) - Required
Minimum of 1 years experience welding in a manufacturing environment - Required
Precise tube welding ¾’’ tube to 2’’ tube - Required
Welding of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum flatsheet/tube using TIG and MIG welding processes - Required
Experience in precision motorsports fabrication
Supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
Proficient in layout skills
Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to determine specifications for welding projects with an understanding of geometric tolerancing and dimensions
Performing quality checks on completed work to ensure the finished product meets specifications.
Experience with manual lathes, mills, grinding, finishing and blending processes, and band/chop saw
Properly read a tape measurer.
Ability to lift, push, or pull 50-plus pounds.
Ability to work with our engineering team and communicate properly.
Must have a high focus on safety and the ability to learn and follow Bending Solutions and CageKits safety standards.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Perform TIG, MIG and other types of fabrication, project to project
Verify material sizes
De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface texture
Interpret drawings to cut, notch, fit, and weld materials to proper specifications
Monitor and verify the accuracy of each job’s initial set-up and final outcome
Communicate with supervisor, engineers, production control, quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues
Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements
Troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high level of quality.
May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
We’re looking for a dedicated candidate with at least 2 years of recent MIG welding experience (TIG welding is a plus) and 1 year in a manufacturing environment. Motorsports welding experience is a big advantage. Basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret blueprints are required. Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Welder/Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the fabrication of a variety of high-end custom metalwork projects such as, but not limited to: custom roll cage kits, chassis, racking systems, ladders, stairs, railing, gates, and various forms of mechanized transportation systems. We are looking for a hardworking, energetic, professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing personal and customer expectations. Applicant Must excel in organization, with experience in managing metal fabrication shops preferred. Knowledge of CNC press breaks and robotic welding is a significant advantage. Solidworks proficiency or equivalent CAD skills are required for project execution.
