Location:Las Vegas, NVSalary Range:$70 - $76.66IntroductionThe role is part of the Vehicle Development team, focusing on maintaining operational uptime for the fleet. The candidate should be a technical expert, skilled in collaboration and real-time operational support.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 6 years of relevant experience in transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicles, focusing on perception systems and sensors.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.Experience with low/high voltage circuits, Unified Diagnostic Services (UDS), and safe troubleshooting practices.Understanding of hardware and software systems architecture and communications in an operations setting.Ability to comprehend schematics, electrical diagrams, and connector end views/pinout.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with electric vehicle technology.Experience with remotely supporting vehicle troubleshooting.Knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics tools.Experience with Linux & Python-based programming systems for fleet-level data processing.Familiarity with networking, TCP, and socket programming.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for real-time escalations for sensor-related fleet issues.Conduct in-depth root cause analysis through comprehensive log review to identify and resolve fleet issues.Develop, update, and maintain a comprehensive troubleshooting guide for technicians.Perform hardware bring-up and validation procedures for new sensor components.Design and implement diagnostic procedures to streamline future troubleshooting processes.Collaborate with engineering design teams to enhance tooling and improve issue detection capabilities.Develop and implement effective countermeasures across the fleet to prevent recurring issues.Engage in cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement in vehicle performance and reliability.Availability for overtime as needed, with advanced notice provided.Willingness to travel occasionally within the U.S. to support various operational locations.Company Benefits & CultureComprehensive health and wellness benefits.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Inclusive and collaborative work environment.For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
