Position Overview We are seeking a Lead Learning Guide to support children in a self-directed, non-traditional learning environment. This role is ideal for an educator who believes in facilitation over instruction and enjoys guiding curiosity-driven learning rather than following a preset curriculum. You will play a central role in shaping the daily learning experience, fostering a positive community culture, and collaborating with families to support each child’s growth.
