The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a variety of family law matters, with a particular focus on matrimony, matrimonial law, child support, and custody. Represent the company in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as required. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to family law matters. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support decision-making and strategy development. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance company-wide understanding of family law matters. Stay abreast of developments in family law and the sales industry to maintain current knowledge and provide proactive advice.Qualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 2 years of experience in family law practice, with a focus on matrimony, matrimonial law, child support, and custody. Admitted to practice law in the state. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in the sales industry would be advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
