PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE TRAINERS

A new international technology services business located in Nassawadox, VA, is currently seeking several full time professional software trainers. Competitive starting salary, plus incentive bonuses and exceptional benefits, based on experience, education, and abilities. These positions involve extensive air travel (3-5 days per week) mostly to major cities all over the world! A typical training engagement is a class size of 10 users for three 8 hour days. SCHEDULE: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily (overtime as needed) QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer applicants with some training or teaching experience and computer literate. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, organizational skills, present a positive and professional image, outgoing personality, energetic, self-motivated, public speaking, flexible, and an ability to work as a team. EDUCATION: Associate college degree minimum (in any Major, preferably Business, Education, or Computer Science) or equivalent experience. SKILLS: MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook), Windows 95/98 or NT, DOS, Internet familiarity, TCP/IP and networking experience a plus. DUTIES: When not out training, the duties will include making telephone calls into the existing 600+ customer base (40,000+ software users) to secure additional training engagements, assisting with recruiting effort, documentation/presentations, and general administration.
