Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support human resources operations by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll and compensation and benefits administration.Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Performance ManagementServe as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations matters Manage performance management processes, including coaching, feedback, and improvement plans Handle employee concerns, investigations, and disciplinary actions Support managers in building strong, accountable teams HR Operations & AdministrationComplete payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance Maintain employee records and HR systems (HRIS) Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Develop and update HR policies and procedures Benefits & CompensationAdminister employee benefits programs including health, retirement, and ancillary benefits Lead open enrollment processes and employee education Evaluate and recommend benefit plan design improvements Support compensation benchmarking and salary structure development Talent & Organizational DevelopmentSupport recruitment and onboarding processes as needed Develop onboarding and employee engagement initiatives Identify training and development needs across the organization Assist leadership with organizational planning and workforce strategy Support offboarding processes as needed Culture & EngagementPromote a positive and inclusive workplace culture Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives Support internal communications related to HR programs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with payroll systems and benefits administration HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulationsProficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and communication skillsExperience with performance management and training programsProficiency in HR software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office SuiteApply here - https://www.indeed.com/job/human-resources-generalist-6fb6fa92d6168a98
